If you are replacing an existing nightlatch (Yale style lock) then this kit makes installation super easy. Designed for existing locks that are backset 60mm.
The kit consists of a 12mm MDF drilling template and a 4mm thick stainless steel strikeplate.
The template has a 54mm guide for a holesaw, clamp over the existing hole and drill through. Remove the existing nightlatch keep and replace with the 4mm stainless steel strikeplate, no filling required.

Please be aware that the wifi deadbolt lock is not a spring latch. If you want a spring latch then please choose the Wifi lever lock with handle.
