The secret is the “Heartbeat” method of setting our locks to ping for updates every 30-45 minutes then return to sleep mode when not in use. Host Assist allows Airbnb hosts to connect with keyless entry companies, including RemoteLock from LockState, to easily coordinate guest entry by sending virtual keys/codes without the need to wait for guests, hide keys, or manually schedule times for access permission.
